 Here's how to construct your Mass Machine Nutrition and Supplement Program to build rock-hard, lean MUSCLE MASS:


When you train in the morning: 


Pre-Workout:

ImageTake two (2) MM60EFL Maximum Strength Energy & Fat Loss capsules  30 minutes before your workout,

Take one serving of MM250 Pre-Workout 15 to 30 minutes before your workout,

Immediately before your workout, take one scoop of  MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein , one serving of MM525 Micronized Glutamine , and one serving of MM1000 Micronized Creatine in water with an apple.

Post-Workout:

Take one scoop of  MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein and one serving of MM525 Micronized Glutamine with two (2) bananas immediately after your workout.

Meal #1

One hour after your workout, take one scoop of  MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein with one banana.

Meal #2

One hour after Meal #1, egg white omelet and one scoop of  MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein. Take one MM30 Maximum Performance Multivitamin packet.

Meal #4

Chicken breast (or any lean meat); green vegetables - as much as you want to eat (the more the better); one tablespoon of flax seed oil; 1 scoop of MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein.

Meal #5

1 cup of almond milk; 1 scoop of MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein.

Meal #6

Chicken breast (or any lean meat); green vegetables - as much as you want to eat (the more the better); one tablespoon of flax seed oil; 1 scoop of MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein. Take one MM30 Maximum Performance Multivitamin packet.

Meal #7 (Optional depending on your goals)

1 cup of almond milk; 1 scoop of MM25 Thick Rich Chocolate Whey Protein
