Here are today's updates:

  • The program runs from January 16th, 2012 through June 30th, 2012.

      • Bulking Phase January 16 - April 7 (12 weeks)

      • Cutting Phase April 8 - June 30th (12 weeks)

  • 13 Days Until We Begin! There are now just 13 days before the Mass Machine Bulking and Cutting Challenge begins!

    Get ready for six months of unbelievable physical, mental, emotional, and psychological growth. Welcome to "Results University"!

  • The Program is Absolutely FREE! You will be required to do a lot of work. You will be challenged. The most rewarding things in life are always the most challenging.

  • Make Sure You Are On this Email List. If you have not done so already, make sure you have register on the list by emailing me at challenge@massmachinenutrition.com.
  • Your First Assignment Will Be Your Weekly Progress Photo. As a preview, your first assignment is going to be to send me a progress photo. Each week, your weekly photo will be due by Monday morning at 8 am Pacific Time. Don't let this overwhelm you. You'll only need to do this 24 times.

    In life, you either DO or DO NOT DO. You will ALL of the points if your send your picture to me on time. You will get NONE of the points if you do NOT send it on time. Absolutely NO exceptions. No "But emailed it." No "my dog ate my homework." I am the FINAL JUDGE.

    Taking photos every week helps you immerse yourself in the process. It amkes you more accountable for what you do. Deadlines for these progress photo assignments force you to step up and stay organized.

  • We'll Communicate in My Thread On The Bodybuilding.com Forum. We will use my thread on the Bodybuilding.com Forum (and the 11 million web site visitors they attract every month) as our global platform and way of communicating with each other for this amazing event.

  • It doesn't matter what kind of physical shape you are in right now to greatly benefit from this program. This program is all about self-improvement. It's all about growing and learning. It's all about totally IMMERSING yourself in the bodybuilding, training, and fitness experience for six-months to come out the other side with knowledge and practical experience that you can take with you for the rest of your life!
